Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• The customer provides the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.
• The item is inspected and approved for return by M&M Home Centre.

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the value of the return.

Electrical Items

Electrical items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customers are encouraged to verify that electrical items are suitable for their requirements before completing their purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

M&M Home Centre reserves the right to refuse a return where an item:

• Is returned more than 7 days after purchase.
• Has been used, installed, altered or damaged after purchase.
• Is not in its original packaging.
• Is missing parts, accessories, manuals or other items originally supplied.
• Is an electrical item.
• Cannot be accompanied by acceptable proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been inspected and approved, the applicable refund will be processed less the 10% restocking fee.

Where possible, refunds will be made using the original method of payment.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If you believe an item was faulty or defective at the time of purchase, please contact M&M Home Centre as soon as possible with your proof of purchase so that we can assess the item and advise you on the appropriate resolution.

The restrictions and restocking fee applicable to change-of-mind returns do not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

M&M Home Centre reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a return, exchange or refund.
